Recruitment

We are currently recruiting for a production team for next term’s fourth issue. We must fill the positions of editor-in-chief, editor, writer, creative director, artist, web designer (can you tell?), PR rep and college rep.

If you want to get involved, please e-mail create@bangscience.org before 12 noon on Friday of 7^th week (27^th November).

(If you really, really can’t make that deadline but want to get involved, you’ve hopefully got time to drop us a one-line e-mail with an excuse. Sadly THIS LEEWAY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR EDITOR OR CREATIVE DIRECTOR; THOSE INTERESTED MUST GET APPLICATIONS IN BY 12 NOON ON FRIDAY.)

In your email, please outline:

• Which position(s!) you are interested in, and why you’d like to get involved
• Any ideas you may have for articles/artwork/publicity
• What you like/dislike about Bang! currently
• Any relevant experience you may have, in particular with InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator etc (by no means essential!)
• Your ’phone number
• For editorial or creative rôles, please attach a piece of writing or artwork if possible

We will then meet you for a brief interview (more of a chat, really!), timetable to be confirmed.
